I had a truly lovely stay at Baia Del Mar Beach Boutique Hotel! the place is amazing and exceptionally clean, making it very comfortable. the staff were attentive and always ready to help. It’s located in an excellent area, allowing for easy walks to all the nearby attractions. Plus, it’s just a 15-minute walk to the bus stop, which adds to its convenience.

I had spotless, new-fashioned rooms with a fridge, an electric kettle, and an air conditioning. All the services were great😃

everything was superb, wonderful hotel, the location was particularly good just next door to the restaurant, taxis to-and-from the airport, and the beachfront. we appreciated the guest room which was new-fashioned and airy with large balcony. everyone was attentive and helpful as well as owner. the service was great and the pool was nice. took the advantage of the parking on-site.

The room here was reasonably large with a large balcony, and I greatly enjoyed it, along with the great services provided.

The room (in fact a suite-it has an extra coach) was spacious and clean, with nice furniture, also the bathroom, with shower and bidet. The balcony is a large one for the suites, little for the other rooms. They change the bed every day. The breakfast was ok, with fruits, cheese, pastry, ham, yogurt, eggs, pancakes etc. The not so good part was that they had the same pastry, fruits, cheese etc. every day, they don't change them at all. I didn't have lunch and dinner at the hotel's restaurant, because there are many restaurants nearby. Just across the street there is a super market, which was quite good. The beach is wide, clean, with soft sand, the sea is shallow, good for bathing. Don't expect sparkling, blue water, it's the Adriatic sea, not the Mediteranean. Clean water, with little sea weed and somethimes jelly fish. Somethimes anoying illegal salesmen. Quite many, on the beach.
I booked a sea view suite. I was given a suite with no sea view at all, you could see the sea just if you bend over the balcony. They told me that the full sea view suites are not sold on booking and the one they gave me has a side sea view...in the end, after showing me some standard rooms (which are smaller and with a small balcony; those have indeed a side sea view) I was given another suite, from it's balcony you could see some sea between two buildings...I Was very disapointed because it was not quite cheap. The balcony furniture was damaged (they replaced it the next day), made of low quality plastic, unconfortable: 2 chairs, a table and a sun bed (no pillows or anything). Pitty that you can not really enjoy the large balcony. The air condition device was full of mold inside, I was afraid to use it, not to get a lung disease. The air conditioning is just partly adjustable, they set a temperature and you can change it three degrees up or below and it is quite weak, but it works even if the power is off when you are not in the room. No cosmetic products in the bathroom, only shower caps, liquid soap and dusch gel in dispensers. You can not really swimm in the pool, partly because of it's shape and partly because of the many children that are playing (despite the fact that there is a special pool, separate, for kids), jumping etc. If you want to rest don't choose this hotel, three times a week the neightbour bar has live music, very loud (you can hear it even with the balcony door closed) until after midnight. I had some problems with the airport transfer (at my departure), the driver wanted to get me to the airport just one hour before the fly, because he had other clients from another hotel that would have to wait in the airport if we drove half an hour earlier. The hotel got me another car, but I had to pay more (despite the fact that I already payed the transfer in advance...) Sincerely, I expected more, so no good value for the money you pay.

The location is excellent, great beach, nice hotel, very good breakfast, not far from the city center, staff willing to fulfill your requirements.
Master suite does not have see view, although it is claimed in the room description. I recommend choosing superior double room.

Very good buffet breakfast, nice location, views from our room
-You need to pay extra for everything - to use the swimming pool, the beach, the beach towel, WiFi etc; -Even if we booked a room with sea view we were given another room without one based on the rate we chose on Booked.net; it took some time to change the room and we finally got the one with the sea view; -No information papers and no pen in a room - makes no sense for 4 star hotel

The hotel we stayed at for Christmas had a great location. It was close to public transportation and there were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We enjoyed having breakfast included and there was a good variety of foods. The room was clean and nicely decorated. We also appreciated having a balcony to sit on and relax.
There were a few negative aspects to our stay. The room was quite small and the bed was uncomfortable. We also had trouble with the air conditioning not working properly, so it was difficult to regulate the temperature. Additionally, the shower was very small and the water pressure was weak. while we enjoyed our time in the area, we likely would not stay at this hotel again due to these issues.

Nothing to be said.

Great location and beautiful view from the balcony. the room was kept very clean and we enjoyed free loungers on the private beach. Breakfast was included and had a nice variety of options to suit our tastes. We loved having the option to choose between a lounger by the pool or on the beach.
The reception staff could have been more friendly and accommodating with our requests. the bathroom was quite small and didn't have enough storage for our towels and toiletries.
